Publications in the Official Section are normally depicted in an accessible HTML file. In addition, each individual publication contains a link to a non-accessible PDF version. If in certain cases publication in HTML format is not possible, the publication is made in PDF format. A corresponding notice is displayed.
Starting 16 December 2009, the PDF file of the official publication must for security reasons bear a qualified electronic signature. It is possible to read, print, and store the file even without verifying the signature.
